Knitting
Members of Knitwise, the U3A knitting group, work on their own projects but we also aim to improve skills by mastering new techniques and looking at alternative methods.
The group meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month.
The first session is from 1.30-3.00pm at Thimblestitch, the patchwork shop on the Heathfield estate. At this session we look at improving our techniques.
The second session is 10-11.30 am at the Honey Farm, in their light and airy café. Here we have
coffee and knit, and members can bring problems or catch up on a missed session.
