Payment is required before the booking is made and is non-refundable in normal circumstances. In the event of a member being unable to attend a booked trip, every effort will be made to re-allocate the ticket should time be available, but if this proves impossible, the responsibility for payment for the ticket and transport remains with the individual who originally booked.
Bookings for tickets and transport are made via the Holme Valley U3A Social Account at HSBC. Payment may be made:
- by bank transfer(bacs) via your own bank using sort code and a/c number provided when booking is confirmed.
- by cheque by post to the co-ordinator (address will be provided when booking is confirmed)
- at any branch of HSBC using sort code and a/c number provided when booking is confirmed.
- by cash in person to the Co-ordinator
NB When making the payment please state clearly which performance the payment is for and confirm by e-mail to the co-ordinator that payment has been made.
