1. Theatre Group Terms and Conditions
a) Theatre Group trips and events are organised by the Theatre Team, four Holme Valley U3A volunteers (Pat Whalley, Andrea Goodall, Linda Hollingworth and Roger Lancaster).
b) Details of our theatre trips are available:
i. At the monthly U3A meetings
ii. On the Theatre Group page of the HVU3A website (see the tab at the top of the webpage)
iii. By email to signed-up members of the Theatre Group e-mailing list on the U3A Beacon database
c) These trips are open to all HV U3A members but unfortunately non-U3A members can’t travel with us on a Theatre Trip. However, we may be able to obtain tickets for friends or relatives making their way to the venue independently, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
d) The Theatre Team make theatre reservations according to how many people express an interest in the selected show or event, and will liaise with those people by email or occasionally by phone or text.
e) All theatre trips must be paid for in full before a booking is finalised, usually 8-12 weeks before the trip. Once a booking has been paid for and finalised it is non-refundable. If you have to cancel, we will usually try to find a replacement for you, but this isn’t always possible. If your cancellation is close to the event, we suggest offering the ticket at a discount.
f) Transport is usually arranged by minibus (up to 16), coach (30+) or sometimes by car. The cost of transport, including a small gratuity for the driver (minibus or coach), is divided between those attending
g) If you want to join any Theatre Group trips, we need you to agree to the above Terms and Conditions by completing and returning form below, (by email or signed paper copy), which constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. To complete and return this form to the Theatre Team, you can:
i. Cut and paste the form into a document or email, then complete it and return it to us
ii. Email the Theatre Team at hvu3atheatre@gmail.com, or use the link on the main page, and we will email a form back to you.
iii. See the Theatre Team at the U3A monthly meeting
iv. Post a completed, signed paper copy to Pat Whalley, 15 Leyfield Bank, Holmfirth HD9 1XU
