1 June Holmfirth's Blue Plaque Walk
David Cockman will give a power point presentation in Holmfirth Methodist Church starting at 10.15

6 July Visit to Skelmanthorpe Textile Heritage Centre, 6 Queen Street, Skelmanthorpe.
Meet Richard Brooke outside the centre (a small weaver's cottage) at 10.15
Park in the Co-op/ Health Centre car park. From the car park entrance, turn right and walk along Commercial Road for about 75m, cross and turn
down Queen Street (Elliott's carpets and Brew Coffeee Shop on the corner.) Please car share if possible.

3 August Explore Wooldale
Meet in the Quaker Meeting House, Pell Lane, Wooldale.HD9 1QL.at 10.15
David Bower, Member of Wooldale Meeting and author of "Plain Country Friends",and Pam Cooksey,an author of "Walking Round Wooldale",
will give an initial talk about the Quakers of Wooldale and then we shall stroll around the historic village. All contributions welcome.
Park on Pell Lane. Car share if possible. Note Pell Lane is one way only, uphill.
