The group meets on various days during the second week of the month. Details are on the website. Walks are a not too strenuous 4-5 miles (2-2½ hours) through local countryside of North Herts and South Beds followed by an optional pub lunch. The walks are all surveyed by the walk leader in advance to confirm that there are no hazards. Please be aware that anyone taking part in U3A activities does so at their own risk.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE WALKING GROUP
We are looking for a Volunteer to run the July walk. We have suggested Oughton Head for July but if you would like to run one please feel free to put together your own itinery.
If you are able to volunteer to lead in July and the date isn't convenient let me know your preferred date in the 2nd week and we will amend the schedule.
Once we have all of the dates, walks and leaders finalised I will send out a definitive list for 2024.
Our next u3a walk is Thursday May 9 th.
