Trips Theatre & Concerts
Due to the Covid19 outbreak all planned trips have been cancelled
All members that have paid monies for trips and not yet had cheques destroyed or money returned, can request a refund to their bank account.
The only method of returning money is for Hinckley U3A to transfer money directly from our account to your bank account by bank transfer. This is possible even if you do not use this method to pay money, as it is possible for Hinckley U3A to do so.
Members will need to provide the name of their bank, sort code, account number & the exact name of the account (this can be found on your bank statement)
There is no need for members to calculate how much money they have paid as the treasurer already has this information.
There is NOT the facility, currently, for refunds to be made by cheque or cash.
Alternatively you can inform the treasurer that you wish to leave the amount in the account as payment for future trips, which hopefully we will be able to run in 2021.
