Walk and Lunch

The Walking Group convenes at various venues. The start and end of the walk is usually a local hostelry where lunch can be enjoyed in good company.

The walks are about 4 to 5 miles long over varied terrains, can be up and down, over stiles and sometimes through fields containing livestock.

Comfy walking boots are essential kit as well as warm, weather-proof clothing as walks take place in varied weather conditions. It is a mixed group of walkers with some striding out at the front and others enjoying chatting as they go along.

For further information, please contact Pauline the group leader. You'll find her phone number in the Annual Programme.
