How to Apply

If you want to join Hillingdon U3A you must complete a Membership Application Form.

Please click the link on the right, Complete the form, print it and then sign and date it.
[If when you open the form you see a message at the top of screen saying "This PDF Document contains Forms. The filling of form fields is not supported", you need to click on the "Open with different viewer" button and select something like Adobe Acrobat Reader DC"]

Send the completed form with your cheque for the correct subscription to the Membership Secretary at the address on the form. You will be sent your Membership Number and your Newcomers Starter Pack by post.

If you are eligable, don't forget to also complete a Gift Aid Declaration form and include this with your Membership application form.

If you are unable to print either of the forms you can request that they be sent to you by telephoning the Membership Secretary, on 07532 268002

It is a paper application form for security reasons, so DO NOT FORGET TO PROVIDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER and EMAIL (if you require Newsletter to be sent by email)
