Members' email addresses are maintained in a database compiled from your application/renewal forms. By providing your details you consent to them being included on the database.
It is only used by the Committee to contact you regarding Henley U3A activities and to enable you to receive the regular U3A Trust magazines Third Age Matters and Sources. Your details are not passed on to any other organisations, to protect your privacy. A full version of the Data Protection Policy can be found in the adjacent link on the Contact page.
If you wish to know your specific details held on the database, or would like to change or remove them, please contact the Database Manager. Removal will mean that you no longer receive communications from Henley U3A or the U3A Trust, and will be unable to access the Trust website.
