Everyone is welcome to attend our members Monthly Meetings to find out more about U3A. Visitors can attend two monthly meetings before joining the U3A. The meetings are held on the First Monday of each month from 2.00 - 4.00pm at Helensburgh Parish Church Halls, (the hall has a hearing loop). We ask for £1 admission to cover the cost of the refreshments and hall hire fees.
The format of the meeting is as follows:-
2.00 pm - Doors open for tea, coffee, biscuits and chat.
2.15 pm - Notices.
2.30 pm - Talk from the speaker.
3.30 pm - Time for signing in for Membership and joining Groups.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday the 3rd 0f June at 3.30pm immediately following the Monthly Meeting. Copies of the "Notice and Agenda" together with the "Call for Nominations for the Executive Committee" are included in the Links Page
