Headington U3A Programme

AS A HEALTH PRECAUTION, ALL HEADINGTON U3A MEETINGS, INCLUDING THE ANNUAL OUTING, ARE CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE OWING TO THE CURRENT Covid-19 SITUATION
UPDATE 11 July 2020: Although the community centre intends to open again in September, and we had hoped to meet again on 15 September, the committee feels, given the fluid nature of the situation, that the very earliest we could start meeting might be in October but is more likely to be next year (2021). We will review this decision in 2 month’s time.
We owe it to you the members and the speakers, some of whom come from a distance, to keep everyone safe and healthy.
Keep on taking care, stay well and stay safe.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Headington U3A (University of the Third Age) is run by members and when there is no longer safety concerns related to the pandemic, meets on the first and third Tuesday of the month to hear interesting talks on subjects of general interest. The venue is the Headington Community Centre, Gladstone Road, Headington, Oxford OX3 8LL

Meeting times are 2.00 - 3.30 pm and there is time to chat over tea and biscuits.

When everything returns to 'normal' and it is safe to meet again, meetings and speakers will be listed in the 'Dates for your Diary' table below. The printable copy of the original planned 2020 programme list, that was interrupted by the closures and safety precautions related to the Covid-10 pandemic can still be obtained from the Download Programme 2020 link on this page - see the Link above.
