Historical Walking Tours of York 2020

Many members of our U3A have already joined the walking tours around York to learn a little more about the fascinating history of our wonderful city.
Just in case there are any members left who would like to join these tours, we are planning another series of walks.
Each tour will last about two hours.
We will meet at the following locations at 10.30am:

|Wednesday 9th September 2020||At the Voluntary Guides sandwich board in front of the Art Gallery, Exhibition Square.|
|~||Bootham Bar to Monk Bar.|
|Friday 11th September 2020||At the sundial in front of St. William’s College.|
|~||Minster precinct, Petergate and Stonegate|
|Wednesday 16th September 2020||In the middle of King’s Square.|
|~||Shambles and Castle area.|
|Friday 18th September 2020||Library Square outside York Explore (Central Library)|
|~||Lendal Bridge to Ouse Bridge|
|Wednesday 23rd September 2020||In front of the Kings Arms, King’s Staith|
|~||Ouse Bridge to Foss Bridge|
