Events

We have a wide range of speakers at our monthly speaker meeting. These are held on the fourth Monday of each month (unless a Bank holiday) at either the Sussex Hall, White Rock Theatre, Hastings TN34 1JX or St. Peter's Community Centre, Bexhill TN40 2HE. Coffee, tea & biscuits available from 09.45-10.15, announcements at 10.30 and speaker at 10.45. For details of speakers and subjects, please see the list below. No meeting in August.

We also have a coffee morning on the 2nd Monday of the month 10.00-12.00 at the Royal Victoria Hotel in St. Leonards and the restaurant of the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill. (i.e. 2 coffee mornings, taking place simultaneously) These are informal social events for members. No coffee mornings in August or December.

Eating arrangements to suit you; either at the Tiger Inn(BN20 0DA) or the Hiker's Rest café(BN20 0DR) which are both adjacent to the car park. Please let me know if you are coming and where you would like to eat.

Woods Corner walk. Country walk through woodland. Distance 3.5 miles. Average.
There are 3 easy styles, the rest are gates. We also pass one of ‘Mad Jack’ Fuller’s follies!
