You can renew your membership from 1 August 2021
Your membership is due for renewal by September 1st each year. The membership fee for 2021/22 is £6 per member.
You will not need to complete and return a paper membership form if your personal details we hold on Beacon are up to date. Check your details with those on the Renewal Notice email/letter sent to you. If they are correct you then have three options:
- 1 Pay Online (our preferred option)
The easiest way to pay is online using Paypal or Credit/Debit card. You need to Log into the U3A Beacon System: Simply click the link on this page to read the Guidance Notes for full details on how to use Beacon and to pay online.
- 2 Bank Transfer
Pay by an electronic bank transfer to Haslemere U3A , Lloyds Bank plc, Haslemere Branch, sort code 30-93-94 : account number 40333568 using the first four letters of your surname and membership number as reference. Email the membership secretary to confirm you have renewed.
- 3 Cheque
Post a cheque, made out to Haslemere U3A, to the Membership Secretary, Rowan Cottage, Marley Lane, Haslemere, Surrey. GU27 3PZ. Write your name and membership number on the back of the cheque.
If your details are not correct: you can either correct your details on-line logging in to Beacon using your details in the Renewal Notice and editing the field:
Correct your details on the form at the bottom of the Renewal Notice and send with your cheque, if applicable, to the Membership Secretary.
You will receive a confirmation email from either PayPal or a confirmation email from the Membership Secretary. A membership card and a copy of the Haslemere U3A Guide 2021 will be sent to you separately.
