Membership Renewal September 2022 – Fee £10

Our membership renewal afternoon this year will be on Friday, 12th August from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the Victoria Hall, where membership application forms will be available plus membership cards for those who have already renewed. Group Leaders will also be in attendance if you would like to have a chat. If you are not able to attend or would like to renew early (and this does help the Membership Secretary with workload!) then please see the following options.

Renewal Options for Current Members:

1. Complete an application form and return to the Membership Secretary. Payment methods are listed on the form. (It would be helpful if you could make a note on the form if you are paying by BACS.)


2. Log into Beacon and check that all your personal information is correct and amend if necessary (see below for details). You do not need to complete an application form if you have accessed Beacon and checked your information. If you are unable to log into Beacon, please use this link and then the Beacon option to message us for help.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment via the Beacon system so please pay by cash or cheque (to the Membership Secretary) or by BACS. (If paying by BACS please add your NAME and MEMBERSHIP NUMBER as reference. If you are paying for two members, please add both membership numbers.)

It is your responsibility to check that the details we hold for you are correct by using the Members Portal. To check or update these, please see below for instructions for accessing Beacon.

  • Enter your details to log into Beacon

Information is case sensitive and must be exactly as it is on file in your membership record. If you enter anything incorrectly, when you click on “Confirm Identity” the screen will clear and you can try again (there is no error message). Postcode format RG27 8-- and email address in lower case only with no spaces. If you need any help please click here and choose the 'Beacon' option to contact us.

  • Select 'Update your Personal Details'
  • Change Personal Details
  • Please add emergency contact details, so that we have access to a phone number in the event that you become unwell
  • When you are happy that everything is correct, click ‘Update Personal Details’ to finish

A small green box will briefly appear in the top right hand corner stating 'Record Saved' and you can return to the Hartley Wintney website or close the tab.
