Yoga
Our yoga group has not been able to physically meet due to the virus.
We have however managed with the help of our wonderful yoga teacher to meet via zoom at our usual Tuesday evening time 4.30-6.00 pm this has been so successful that we are continuing through the summer and possibly next term too.
This group has been running for nearly two years now and is well established.
We are very enthusiastic. Lucy our teacher, is very patient and encouraging. It is remarkably relaxing.
Wear loose clothing, 'tacky socks' and bring a small rug or blanket if possible. Yoga mats are provided.
The group is currently full but interested members will be placed on a waiting list.
