ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The performances we enjoy take place at the main house theatre at Stratford Upon Avon and are usually but not always productions of Shakespeare’s plays and some may be shown in modern dress. Follow this link to find out more .. https://www.rsc.org.uk/ We did also enjoy visiting performances at the smaller, more intimate Swan Theatre but that has been closed for refurbishment, now open and we hope to visit again soon.
We benefit from a Subscriber membership allowing us to book seats before the general public for premium seats at a reduced price per ticket of £39.50. These are very good seats. This does mean however, booking ahead and also paying early.
Members can inform me of any changes before payment is made and then before the performance if members are not able to attend, a credit is arranged, or we try to find another member to buy the ticket. So, no refund is possible after payment is made.
I should also say that I take payments by transfer as this is easier. We usually book for 2 or 3 performances annually, choosing both the plays and dates to suit.
We do need at least 10 seats to qualify for this reduction
. We choose to attend matinées on Thursdays and these are very popular so I do need to book ahead. We enjoy a day out in Stratford with a snack before and a meal together after the performance.

A few members travel by car but mostly we travel together by train from Birmingham Moor St to Stratford at a very reasonable cost. I do not arrange travel, but we meet at the station and travel together and would give meeting details.
