The membership fee of £20 covers free admission to our monthly meetings, access to all Groups and quarterly newsletters/diaries by email. If you consent, you can receive 5 copies of the magazine "Third Age Matters" in the post. Our membership year runs from April to March. Join us from January to enjoy a bonus period with no fee due until April the following year.
Membership also gives access to National and London Region u3a summer schools, study days, 'Shared Learning' Projects and other events.
For those who cannot receive email we can post newsletters and diaries directly to you for an extra £10 a year to cover printing and postage. Otherwise, your personal newsletter can be picked up at the following monthly meeting for an extra £5 a year.
To join us, download and complete a membership form (see Links to the right). The form has details of where to email it or you can bring it along to a monthly meeting (see the Events tab for details). You can complete the Open Document (Word compatible) version on your computer.
If you are a UK taxpayer please consider consenting to Gift Aid (part of our form). Gift Aid enables us to boost you membership fee by 25% and you only need to complete a Gift Aid form once, not every year.
