WHEN 2nd Thursday morning of each month.

WHERE Various venues around Suffolk.

AIMS To explore countryside. See natural world in all seasons. Keep fit. Enjoy companionship of other walkers.

ACTIVITIES Walk, map read, use binoculars and nature identification books.

WHAT YOU NEED Comfortable waterproof boots and clothing as appropriate.

CHARGES Lunch/snack at pub/cafe at end of walk for those who wish to eat.

OTHER INFORMATION All walks are approximately 4.5 miles and planned in advance with a brief description of route and terrain
