U3A Hadleigh Coronavirus page.
We have set up this page on our website to give U3A members important information and announcements from the U3A National Office and things that are happening in Hadleigh regarding the Coronavirus. We will not be putting notifications of U3A Hadleigh events and groups that have been suspended or cancelled as they are detailed elsewhere on the site.
Spring Newsletter There will not be a Spring edition of the Hadleigh U3A Newsletter. John hopes to produce a bumper edition bursting with good news when this is all over.
Take care of yourselves and keep in touch with each other.
We are not repeating Government guidance, this can be accessed here Government Guidance or hand washing instructions.
Any links on this page are for information only and in no way a recommendation from Hadleigh U3A. You should be vigilant when deciding whether to access support. Sadly there are always people willing to exploit a situation for their own gain. If something seems too good to be true it probably is – follow your instinct and if in doubt don’t.

Keeping in Touch
The one thing about this virus is being isolated from family and friends but there are many ways to keep in touch (apart from the obvious one of picking up the phone!) Using your computer, tablet or phone you can have conversations with friends and family and see them at the same time, they can also see you, so a good incentive for keeping up appearances. You may have heard of WhatsApp, Skype and Zoom, to name a few, but think it daunting to learn how to use them. Fear not help is at hand on the following websites. Just click on the links and sit back and be amazed!
