PARISH HALL SESSIONS WLL RESUME FROM TUESDAY 1st MARCH 2022 at 3pm.

Bow street Parish Hall sessions from Tuesday 21st September 2021 3-4pm Charge £1.50

Zoom sessions Mondays 11.30 till 12.10 from 20th September 2021

To help members decide if Tai Chi is suitable for them, they should consider that it is a physical exercise and the sessions involve bending, twisting, stretching, and balancing. It is a standing exercise and space restrictions at home limit us to taking 2 steps in each direction. If someone already practises a physical activity such as Pilates, Yoga, dance or are a member of one of the Walking Groups, they should be good to go.

Prior to lockdown we had never heard of Zoom let alone used it. That is probably the case for most of our Zoom group. We can provide support for anyone who wants to give it a try.

Any GU3A member who would like to join the Tai Chi Zoom group should contact Dorothy and John via the GU3A link on the website. Please note we would like to talk with you on the telephone.

There is no waiting list for the Zoom sessions.
