For new members to join there are three options:
- By Internet Bank Transfer: Download the membership form as a Word document(click Membership Application Word) Complete the form and email it to the Membership Secretary who will reply giving you details of the bank account to which the membership fee should be paid and the reference to quote.
- Postal: Download the membership form either as a Word document(click Membership Application Word) or as a pdf(click Membership Application pdf) Complete the form and post it with a cheque for £22 per member to Membership Secretary, 12 Mandeville Close, Guildford, GU2 9YA.
- In person at Enrolment Day, cheque or cash only - Friday 31st August 2018 1-3pm at the Royal Grammar School
Note If you are using Microsoft's Edge browser, you will need to right click the link for the Word document and select "Save Target As" in order to download it. You may need to use the equivalent for other browsers.
For existing members to renew, please use the renewal letter you received at the beginning of August 2018. This is prepopulated with the details we currently hold so that you can check they are correct. You then have the above three options and additionally can pay by debit/credit card.
The bank details for payment by internet bank transfer are included with your renewal letter.
To pay by debit/credit card you will need the following information:
- Membership Number, will be found on your Renewal Letter, distributed by start of August.
- Email address
Previous members who did not renew 2017-18 and do not know their Membership Number please contact the Membership Secretary
Please note that debit/credit card payments are processed via PayPal, who charge for this service. More of your subscription will be available to support our activities if you pay by Internet Bank Transfer (preferred option) or cheque.
