Simple Meditation for Health & Wellbeing

The meditation course will consist of simple meditations, simple breathing exercises, assisting with possible health issues i.e. difficulty in sleeping, general stressful situations, current or past events which may still be causing anxiety i.e. loss of a parent, spouse or child, beloved pet, divorce, moving/selling of family home/house.
