In accord with the u3a self-help ethos, Guildford u3a is run almost entirely by volunteers. We are currently seeking:

TREASURER - Mike Brooks, our Treasurer, has indicated that he would like to step down from this role in the near future, as soon as a replacement has been identified. This role is one of the Honorary Officer positions on the Executive Committee and is a Trustee of the charity. Potential candidates should be members of Guildford Areas U3A with a knowledge of finance and accounting and would ideally, be a qualified accountant. This is an opportunity to contribute your skills and experience to the continuing success of our U3A. Charity experience is not necessary as a full initial briefing and ongoing support is provided to all Trustees by the Secretary
