Monthly meetings are held on the last Monday of the month at 2-3pm, at St. Catherine's Village Hall. Help with putting out and returning chairs before and after the meetings would be greatly appreciated. Please note that there is an option to change the order of this listing from "Date Order" to "By Category". The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra celebrate the music and passion of Tchaikovsky in a concert featuring dancers from the Birmingham Royal Ballet. Includes excerpts from the popular and much-loved Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake and The Nutcracker, and an 1812 firework finale!

Mon Oct 28thMeetingMonthly Meeting: George Frideric Handel: Inventive Instrumentation and Orchestral Opulence.
Talk by Simon Mold, a composer whose works include a carol specially composed for the U3A Choir which was performed at our 2018 Christmas Concert. A look at some of Handel's music through the instruments that he uses. The talk will be punctuated with some musical examples. Venue Trinity Centre 2pm.
