Vision and Mission
Great Glen u3a is a member of the national u3a movement. We follow the same vision supported by a mission and policies which are embedded in our local practices and principles.
Our Vision is to make lifelong learning, through the experience of u3a, a reality for all third agers.
Our Mission declares our purpose as an organisation and serves as the standard against which we weigh our actions and decisions. It is to:
- Facilitate the growth of our u3a.
- Provide support for management and learning in our u3a.
- Raise the profile of our u3a group.
- Promote the benefits of learning in later life through self-help learning.
