New groups on offer

Opera
Do you enjoy listening to and talking about opera? A small number of people have expressed interested in this, so if you think you could be interested contact me in the first instance. I will put the sign-up sheet out again at the May main meeting.

Ideas for new groups
We are always looking for ideas for new groups, so if there’s something you are interested in that you think could have potential as a group, please contact me and we can try it out.
A few ideas in the ether at the moment are:
• An evening eating-out group
• A revival of the iPad user group for a fixed number of meetings (near-beginner level)
• Some activity jointly with a senior school to share knowledge (probably theirs) and experience (probably ours)
If any of these grabs you, do get in touch with me, and Also if you have any other ideas. I will be putting out at least one fresh sign-up sheet at the May main meeting. It would be really encouraging if the idea for it came from someone else, not me!
