Racketball

Group Leader: Anne Stott

We currently play on the 3rd and 4th Monday in the month at the Strood leisure centre. There is a small charge. Racketball is a fun and fitness game. George (not W!) Bush used to play it. It is an easy squash game, played with what looks like a tennis racquet with a sawn off handle. It is a fun way of getting exercise. None of us can run for the ball like we used to and can get a bit frustrated! But we're all in the same boat and enjoy the game and the company.
