Ramble

Group Leader: Colin Nice

(Open to all members) We meet at 10am on the 3rd Friday in the month, with our walks normally being between 4 and 5½ miles and starting from various venues around our area. Numbers for the rambles vary, typically between 15 and 25 and we don’t race but walk at a steady pace; there’s always time to stop and look at the views - or to get our breath back if we’ve climbed a hill! We aim to complete the walks by lunchtime and if there’s a café at the end of the walk, so much the better!

We always stop about half way round for a short while for a drink or snack that we might have brought with us.

Our recent walks have started from Cobham, Cascades, Otford, Meopham Green, Jeskyns, Camer Park and Lullingstone, for example.

Twice a year we have a London walk and these are always really popular.

We welcome new members so why not join us and wake up your heart!
