Main Contact: | Julia White |
When: | 2nd Wed, 10 am |
Where: | Titchfield Haven Visitor Centre cafe, Hill Head |
Julia is the main Contact for the group and is very happy for new members to join the group to sample this interesting and peaceful hobby. (Please email using the blue bird icon above right.)
The group regularly visits Titchfield Haven our beautiful local Bird Reserve, but other locations may be considered according to the season and if we have sufficient drivers to share transport. Beginners and experienced birdwatchers are all very welcome to come along.
Payment for entry is required @ £5 per session for concessions but Annual Membership of the Centre can be purchased at £55 for a single person. A member can sign one guest in for £2.
Binoculars can now be borrowed again for a session free of charge.
Titchfield Haven has now re-opened after lockdown and no pre booking is required. The cafe is open. Masks are recommended for inside the cafe and shop. Please note that car parking charges have come into operation in the nearby coastal car parks at £1 per hour. Nearby on road parking is still available at the moment for early birds.
You can also check on the Go Birding Hampshire site to see which birds have been seen and where.
