The meetings focus on a wide spectrum of artists, painters, architects & sculptors and their work.
Past topics have included Walter Sickert, Caravaggio, Rock Art, Frank Lloyd Wright, Frida Kahlo, Van Gogh, Banksy, Symbolism in Art, Impressionism & Surrealism. We have looked at work by Lubaina Himid, Audrey Walker and Otto Dix. We have spent some time considering the various genres of work ie 'isms'
The group watches short films, listens to talks by group members & visits art exhibitions.
