German (Improvers)
The group began over 2 years ago as a Beginners' Group, although some of the members already knew some German. However, those who are attending now are almost all people with previous knowledge who hope to improve this and go over the basics. (Some of the members have lived in Germany or Austria.) So we are thinking of re-naming our group Improvers' German.
The course is loosely based on the textbook "Deutsch Plus" but we also include other articles. We usually begin by talking about what has happened recently, both in our own lives and also in the wider world. The lessons include exercises, either in writing or orally, and sometimes a vocabulary test.
