Get Fit in 2019!
This is a mixed ability group drawing on the ‘couch to 5k’ programme promoted by NHS Choices. This programme should allow those who have run in the past as well as those who are new to running to enjoy themselves, get gradually fitter and reap the health benefits that physical activity brings us at any age.
Maggie our group leader has undertaken the Jogscotland leadership programme and would ask that those who join the group also become members of Jogscotland and complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
