We are a self-help group led by a committee of 6, who meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
Our aim is to learn about Natural History in all its forms; animals, vegetable and mineral in a fun way.
From April to October we have field trips to various venues, visiting different habitats to study flora, fauna and geology. We usually meet at Victoria Road, Ulverston at 9.30am, sharing transport to our destination. Some of the field trips are suitable for half days, though all are geared to a full day out.
