Tai Chi/Qigong Group 2

Venue: Abbey Row Centre, Kelso.
THIS GROUP IS CURRENTLY FULL.
The class lasts 45 -50 minutes and will consist of movements and exercises of Tai Chi and Qigong, which are based on Ancient Chinese medicine and philosophy. The aims are to calm and focus the mind, increase energy, balance the internal functions of the body and help relaxation. The exercises are gentle but also give the body a good workout and will help you to breathe in a better way.
