U3A singing group Dec16 Update
After leading us from the groups start up Margaret along with Wendy, our Conductor and pianist respectively, have taken the decision to step down from their positions. We are, however, continuing to function as a singing for pleasure group and as such we will be singing out, at two venues, in Filey in December with a selection of seasonal music. We are a very friendly group and anyone willing to come and participate will be made most welcome. As a group we are,at the moment, doing our own conducting but we have been very fortunate in obtaining a new pianist, in the person of Roderick Thorpe, who is proving to be a great addition to our group. Howard
