We are a singing for pleasure group run on a co-operative basis. i.e. any member who wishes a song to be introduced can suggest the piece and also has the opportunity to conduct and perform the piece to their own interpretations.
N.B. OUR EMPHASIS IS ON SINGING FOR PLEASURE. WE ARE NOT PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN PERFORMING IN FRONT OF AN AUDIENCE.
We sing mainly in unison (A group of singers singing simultaneously.)
We do not do auditions any U3A member who wishes to come and have a go would be welcomed warmly.
We have recently re-formed and meet the first and third Tuesday, every month, in the Methodist Church.
We meet for enjoyment and look forward to seeing you.
Our next meeting will be on 2nd October at 2.00 pm in our usual meeting place the Methodist Church Hall and look forward to seeing all our present members and any new members who would care to join us.
