Mozart and his Legacy 1
This groups meets monthly on Friday afternoons at 2.00 pm in a member's home.
There are two groups, and both meet monthly for a 2-hour session. We listen to and discuss classical music of all kinds, using CDs and video. Members are invited to present sessions on topics of their choice, but most prefer just to listen and enjoy. The groups have been running for about 10 years, and during this time we have listened to music by a wide range of composers, with topics dealing with different periods, genres, elements and forms, and making comparisons between different recordings.
