Men's Strength and Stretch
This group meets weekly on a Monday, from 1.15 – 2.15 pm in the Withycombe Village Road Methodist Hall.
This group is aimed specifically at men, will help to increase and maintain core strength and to improve general body flexibility and balance. It will help keep your joints moving freely and can do much to improve difficult nagging chronic conditions such as back pain, tight hamstrings, shoulder mobility and sciatica. Many people who have attended my classes over the years report much improvement and in a number of cases the problems have been relieved completely, with regular attendance.
I also teach some relaxation techniques to help manage stress and tiredness. The aim is to help keep the body supple yet strong, encouraging us to be mentally alert and to feel alive.
There is no age limit or required fitness level - I have run classes for people between 25 and 85.
There is a charge for this class payable half termly in advance.
