An email with the proposed programme for each year is sent to all members of the group by the Group Organiser/s. Members of the group are invited to lead sessions, either indoors in the winter/early spring and or outings in the summer/early autumn. Sessions are usually on the first Wednesday of the month, sometimes all day in the better weather. In the winter/early spring meetings are held on the first Wednesday afternoon of the month usually starting at 14:00 in Littlemead Methodist Hall in Exmouth. There is a small charge for these sessions to cover refreshments and the hire of the hall.
