Introduction to Mindfulness
Running weekly for 8 weeks starting 30th January 2020, this group is for anyone who is interested in finding out more about Mindfulness for stress reduction, pain relief and general well-being. By the end of 8 weeks participants who have attended all group meetings will have enough knowledge and understanding to establish their own regular mindfulness practice.
The group is not suitable for experienced practitioners.
There will be a charge of approximately £2 per week (depending on the number of group members) to cover the cost of the room hire. Please contact the Organiser for further information.
