Exe Valley

Local History

The group enjoys presentations and discussions on local history and visits to local sites. The group leader is David Meredith and if you are interested in the activities of the group please see him at our monthly meeting, or click the icon to the right to send him an e-mail message.

Our group meets on the second Thursday of each month normally at the Cherith Hall, Tiverton

For visits we encourage car sharing with passengers paying a small fee towards fuel costs.

We have a membership of 80 with an average attendance of 40 but new members are welcome.
These photos from our recent meeting show Steph Saville on her own , and Nick Saville (husband) Alison Harris and Pete Trayte dressed as Henry VIII. The dresses were designed and made by local enthusiast Alison who also gave the talk.

If you cannot get to our monthly meeting, please use the Contact Form on this website to request further information.
