Computer Mentoring

Group Leader: Jill Ashby

This small 'virtual' group of U3A members offer some help & support with using your home computer. We are not IT experts or professionals, simply people who have used computers a lot or are interested in them. We are a group of members who are willing to carry out domiciliary, email and phone mentoring in computer skills; male and female mentors. Happy to work with complete beginners.

The Leader holds the list of those willing to carry out domiciliary mentoring.

What we can do:
Help with using the internet, email, Word, iTunes, Skype, managing photos & techniques such as cutting & pasting. It’s worth asking us if there’s anything you want help with that isn't listed here – one of us may know about it.

What we can’t do:
Help with hardware problems, such as printers going wrong.
