Tennis

Convenor: Kay Mathews

If you can hit a ball with a tennis racquet this group could be for you.

The group started in May 2016 and is still in the 'forming stage'. So far, we have 12 people on the list. We are a mixture of people who have not played tennis for years and some who started tennis late in life. The thing we have in common is a desire to have some fun while taking exercise. It's very much 'social' tennis.

We meet at Heavitree Pleasure Grounds in Whipton Road where there are 6 courts in excellent condition.

All you need to play is a tennis racquet, appropriate footwear and some tennis balls.

We use doodle polls to indicate our availability. Links to doodle polls are to the right of this page.
If you would like to join the group and add your availability to the doodle poll, or if you have any questions, click here to email Kay

If you would like to check out the standard, turn up at any of the times when people are due to play and come and watch.
