Circle Dance

Convenor: Jill Ashby

The Circle Dance group meets fortnightly on Thursday afternoons at 2pm in Cowick Street Methodist Church Hall.

Circle dance is a mixture of traditional folk dances and modern choreographed dances to a wide variety of music. Aimed at complete beginners, it is gentle exercise and improves memory and coordination, as well as being fun and a good way to make new friends. No partner is necessary as we all join hands and dance together.

Please contact Jill before attending.

NB Cancellation and change of dates:
The cancelled dates are 13/9, 27/9 and 25/10
and I have added two extra dates 20/9 and 1/11 so the circle dance group dates for 2018 are now:
20/9, 11/10, 1/11, 8/11, 22/11, 6/12, 20/12.
