Tai Chi

Tai Chi Movement for Wellbeing (TMW) is a series of movements that promote physical and emotional well being with origins in both Tai Chi and Chi Kung.

It can be practised both seated and standing making it very accessible to all. A taster meeting will be held at the Baptist Hall, Ewyas Harold on Monday 27th November from 11 to 12.
