Flash, Bang, Wallop; What a Picture!

Bring out the creative artist in you... make the most of your camera! No more auto settings, but great, dramatic photos of grandchildren, landscapes and portraits!

Photography 1 is long-standing, hugely successful, and very full, so some enthusiastic members have started a second group to offer photography to a wider range of members. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new venture and master the art of photography amongst enthusiastic and welcoming friends!

We meet monthly and set ourselves a joint subject/challenge, then compare our photos. We have a short, thematic 'teach-in' on a particular photography related subject, but the bulk of the learning comes from self-help and sharing knowledge, skills and tips.

Some of our meetings are held at external venues - recently we have been to Coughton Court and Whitley Court. We take our pictures and then share the results at the following meeting.

The group has just expanded but we still have a few places available. If you are interested in joining us, please contact the group leader via the Pigeon in the top right hand corner of this page.
