Outings

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DOWNWARDS IF I GET TOO MUCH IN THE KITTY - prices shown are maximum so please check current prices before paying.

---ooo000ooo---

Please will everyone pay by CHEQUE - NOT CASH when paying. CHEQUES PAYABLE TO .... OUTINGS EVESHAM U3A .... I have to write out receipts every time for cash. There are now so many coming on outings it can be very time consuming. Thanks for understanding.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT I REQUIRE PAYMENT 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO AN OUTING SO I CAN ENSURE THAT I HAVE SUFFICIENT SPACE ON THE COACHES.

---ooo000ooo---

The price quoted for all Outings include coach, driver tip and entrance fees where applicable.

Please check in with me when you arrive for an outing so I know you are there - thanks.

All coach trips leave from the large car park at the rear of the old leisure centre/swimming pool car park on the college campus off Davies Road. Please park at the end of the carpark the furthest from Davies Road and take up as little space as possible. If you can car share that would be wonderful

Outings are now listed both in the main events section and also here with more details on each outing.

Dates for your Diary
Fri Jul 26th

Stourhead - NT - 9 am start
Cost : NT £13 - non NT £30

Wiltshire is the place I seem drawn to this year -- so this time we are off to Stourhead, near Mere.

'A living work of Art' is how a magazine described Stourhead when it first opened in the 1740s.
Reflected in the magnificent lake are classical temples, mystical grottoes and rare and exotic trees.

The house itself contains a unique Regency library, Chippendale furniture and inspirational paintings -- whatever THEY might be!
