TAI CHI

TAI CHI
Drop-in sessions are held on Friday afternoons from 2-3pm at Ebbisham Sports Club, a friendly not-for-profit Community Club in Epsom.
It is suitable for those of all ages and fitness wanting gentle, calming exercise to improve balance, strength and co-ordination.
The sessions are run by Darren Yap, an experienced Tai Chi teacher, who donates his time completely free of charge to provide these sessions so he can raise money and awareness for two charities.
100% of the income is split 50/50 between the Princess Alice Hospice and the Club’s chosen charity each year.
Sessions are held either indoors with music on a squash court or outdoors in fine weather on the tennis courts, with an optional chat and tea/coffee in the Club at the end.
Cost is £3 for U3A Members and £5 for Non-Members, with 100% income donated to charity.
Free for those recovering from cancer treatment.
No need to book – just turn up or call U3A Tai Chi Group Leader, Jo Robinson, on 020 8393 5284 or click on the blue bird to send an email
