Kurling
On the 29th September our Kurlers went into competition again at Huncote Leisure Centre, this was a County Kurling Tournament set up by Leicestershire and Rutland Sport. Enderby entered 4 teams of 4 players each under the names of Ospreys, Kites, Kestrels and Eagles.
There were 9 teams altogether the format being a Round Robin with a semi-final and then the final play off. Once again Enderby U3A’s Ospreys, Bob Aldridge, Sandie Aldridge, Karen Day and Tricia Scott were victorious and walked away with the trophy - well done! Enderby U3A Eagles came third, Kites and Kestrels both came sixth, so a brilliant result for our U3A players.
